Limiting your intake of sugars, fats, and salts from comfort foods can be a basis for regulating your family’s food intake. Experiment in the kitchen! What better time to try out healthier cooking alternatives? Manage portion sizes to ensure plenty of fruits, vegetables, proteins, and whole grains are supplying your body’s need of fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Remember to drink plenty of water throughout the day, and with each meal to enrich your body and its chances of keeping fit!

Ditch the comfort zone by trying a new activity near you, such as: Cycling, Running/ Jogging, Yoga, or trying new exercises that are out of your norm!
  3. Beauty Sleep! –  Sleep is crucial for your body’s restoration and relaxation. The effects of a good night’s sleep on the body can be immense. While you aren’t more likely to get sick if you become consistently sleep deprived (Getting below average amounts of snoozes); your body could however have a longer recovery times if you were to be hit with an illness. Keep track of the amounts of rest your body gets, and your activities before to falling asleep.
